Creator & Influencer Program Disclaimers (for icarded.com)

1. Program Acceptance & Eligibility

Participation in the Creator & Influencer Program is subject to review and approval by iCarded. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. iCarded reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at its sole discretion at any time.

2. Creator Program vs. Affiliate Program

Custom cards, promotional features, and additional perks are exclusive to approved Creator Program members only.

Individuals who join solely through the affiliate program are not eligible to receive custom cards or creator-specific benefits unless separately approved into the Creator Program.

3. Affiliate Earnings & Commission Structure

Approved participants may earn commission through the iCarded affiliate program using a unique referral link.

  • Commission rates (starting at 10%) are subject to change at any time
  • Commission increases are not guaranteed and are based on performance factors including sales volume, content quality, and consistency
  • iCarded reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate commission structures at its discretion

All commissions are only earned on verified, completed purchases and may be withheld for suspected fraud, returns, or cancellations.

4. Content Expectations (Non-Guaranteed Results)

While iCarded may provide custom products and promotional support, creators are responsible for producing and publishing their own content.

iCarded does not guarantee:

  • Follower growth
  • Engagement increases
  • Sales conversions
  • Social media performance

Results will vary based on the creator’s audience, consistency, and content quality.

5. Social Media Promotion & Tagging

iCarded may feature, repost, or tag creators on its social media platforms at its discretion.

However:

  • Tagging or promotion is not guaranteed for every post
  • Frequency and placement of features are determined solely by iCarded

6. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the program, creators grant iCarded a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, distribute, and promote any content created in connection with iCarded products for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Brand Representation & Conduct

Creators agree to represent iCarded in a professional and appropriate manner. iCarded reserves the right to remove any creator who:

  • Engages in misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Violates platform guidelines (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Misrepresents the iCarded brand or products

8. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Creator or Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the creator and iCarded. Creators operate as independent contractors.

9. Program Changes & Termination

iCarded reserves the right to:

  • Modify program benefits, requirements, or commissions at any time
  • Pause or discontinue the program without prior notice
  • Remove any participant for any reason, including inactivity or policy violations

10. Compliance with Advertising Guidelines

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).

11. Fraud & Abuse Policy

Any attempt to manipulate affiliate tracking, generate fraudulent sales, or abuse the program will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

12. Limitation of Liability

iCarded is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting affiliate tracking
  • Platform outages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential losses related to participation in the program

13. Refunds, Chargebacks & Commission Adjustments

Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded transactions.

  • If a sale is later refunded, canceled, or disputed, any associated commission will be reversed or deducted from the creator’s balance
  • If a commission has already been paid out for a refunded or charged-back order, iCarded reserves the right to offset the amount against future commissions or request repayment
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by customers will result in the automatic forfeiture of related commissions
  • iCarded reserves the right to withhold pending commissions for a reasonable verification period to account for returns, fraud checks, and payment processing timelines

Creators found to be generating excessive refunds, suspicious transactions, or fraudulent activity may be subject to commission holds, account review, or removal from the program.
