Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by iCarded are custom-made and produced to order. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.


Custom Orders – Final Sale

All personalized and custom trading cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
This includes all cards with custom photos, names, text, stats, designs, layouts, or optional upgrades.


14-Day Manufacturer Quality Guarantee

We offer a 14-day manufacturer quality guarantee. If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies only to:

  • Printing defects

  • Material flaws

  • Production errors

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Submit clear photos showing the defect

Approved claims will receive either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.


Exclusions & Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Design preference or personal taste

  • Customer-submitted photos or image quality

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen or device settings

  • Layout, font, or design style choices

  • Optional upgrades or finishes, including holographic or shattered-glass effects


Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling

  • Rush processing fees

  • Customization or design fees

  • Gift cards


Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Items returned without approval will not be processed.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions and submission of documentation to the payment processor.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or deny claims in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
