Shipping Policy

All orders placed with iCarded are custom-made and processed according to the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy in full.


Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled entirely by the carrier.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (continental U.S.)

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Processing

Processing time refers to the time required to design, produce, and prepare your order before shipment. Processing time does not include transit time.

  • Standard Custom Orders:
    Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 36-48 hours
    Orders placed Saturday–Sunday typically ship within 48-72 hours

  • Rush Card Creation:
    Rush Card Creation prioritizes production and typically ships within 24-36 hours (Monday–Friday only)
    Rush Card Creation applies to production time only and does not include expedited shipping unless selected separately

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, or operational factors.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused or not claimed by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Any reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

iCarded is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses:

  • Are not eligible for refunds

  • Are not eligible for replacements

Returned shipments due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations.

  • Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees

International shipments may be delayed, held, or returned by customs. iCarded is not responsible for these delays or outcomes.
